Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Current Booking Process

This website currently does not offer direct online checkout. Paid services — private 1:1 online sessions, Discovery Calls, mentoring programmes, Continued Practice and workshops — are arranged individually after personal consultation. The terms of each engagement, including cancellation and rescheduling, are agreed in writing before the service begins.

2. Statutory Withdrawal Instruction (Consumers)

The following instruction applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB who conclude a distance contract for paid services (e.g. by e-mail).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

E-Mail: hello@annewolter.com

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

4. Model Withdrawal Form

A model withdrawal form (in accordance with Annex 2 to Art. 246a § 1(2) sentence 1 no. 1 EGBGB) is provided as a separate page.

5. Early Start of the Service (Loss of the Right of Withdrawal)

If, at the consumer's express request, the service begins before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract, provided that performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and with their acknowledgement that they will lose the right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by the Provider (§ 356 Abs. 4 BGB).

If the service has only begun in part at the time of withdrawal, the consumer owes a reasonable amount corresponding to the share of the service already provided.

6. Digital Content & Immediate-Access Resources

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. downloadable resources, immediate-access online materials), the right of withdrawal expires once execution of the contract has begun, provided the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this consent results in the loss of the right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).

No such digital content is currently offered through this website. This section will apply as soon as digital resources are made available.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for booked appointments are set out in the Terms & Conditions and in the individual agreement made before the service begins.

8. Updates

This policy will be expanded as soon as direct online purchases or digital products are offered through this website.
