7. Discovery Calls and External Services

For scheduling, online sessions and the delivery of free resources I rely on the following external services. Data is only processed when you actively use the respective service. Calendly The Calendly booking page (Calendly LLC) is only linked externally and is not embedded on this website. When you use the booking service, personal data such as your name, e-mail address and selected appointment time may be processed by Calendly. For more information, please refer to Calendly's privacy policy. Zoom Online sessions and discovery calls may take place via Zoom Video Communications, Inc. When participating in a Zoom meeting, personal data may be processed by Zoom in accordance with its privacy policy. For more information, please refer to Zoom's privacy policy. Brevo Newsletter subscriptions and the delivery of the 3-Minute Breath Reset are handled via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH). The Brevo signup form is not loaded automatically; it loads only after you click the "Continue to sign up" button. Processed data may include your e-mail address and any voluntary information you provide (e.g. first name). The signup uses a double opt-in process: you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your subscription becomes active only after you confirm it. 8. Embedded Videos and Media (Vimeo)

Embedded Breath Reset video and audio content is provided via Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc.). Vimeo content is not loaded automatically. It is only loaded after you actively click the button to start the Breath Reset. Only then is a connection to Vimeo established and data such as IP address, browser information, device information and referrer may be transferred to Vimeo. No social media plugins or SDKs are integrated, and no data is transferred automatically.
