Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 June 2026

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all professional services offered by Anne Wolter (the "Provider") to clients ("Clients") worldwide. This website currently does not offer direct online checkout or automated purchases. Services are arranged after personal consultation.

2. Service Provider

3. Services Offered

The Provider offers the following services in the field of breath, voice, nervous-system regulation and presence work:

Discovery Call — a free, non-binding introductory conversation.
Alignment Session — a single private 1:1 session.
Your Authentic Voice — Signature Programme, individual 1:1 mentoring over a defined period.
A Voice That Stays With You — High-End Mentoring, extended individual 1:1 mentoring.
Continued Practice — a package of 10 private sessions available after completion of a programme (see §8).
Workshops — online group formats, offered occasionally.
Digital resources — downloadable or online-accessible materials may be offered in the future.

4. Worldwide Online Delivery & Technical Requirements

All paid 1:1 sessions, mentoring programmes and workshops are delivered online via Zoom and are available to Clients worldwide, subject to applicable export and consumer laws.

Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection, a suitable device with working camera and microphone, and a quiet, undisturbed environment. Headphones are recommended. Technical issues on the Client's side are not the Provider's responsibility and do not entitle the Client to a refund or free rebooking unless agreed individually.

5. Individual Agreements

The scope, format, duration and fees of any paid engagement are agreed individually in writing (e.g. by e-mail) before the service begins. The individual agreement prevails over these general terms where they differ.

6. Booking & Rescheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement, by e-mail or via the external scheduling tool Calendly.

Paid 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the agreed start time.

Consumers concluding a contract at a distance also have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the Withdrawal Policy.

7. Late Cancellation & No-Shows

If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or the Client does not attend, the session may be charged in full or counted as used.

Exceptions may be made at the Provider's discretion in cases of illness, emergency or exceptional circumstances.

8. Continued Practice

Continued Practice consists of 10 private sessions available after completion of the Signature Programme or the High-End Mentoring.

Sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase or programme completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions are non-transferable. Extensions may be agreed individually.

9. Confidentiality & Recordings

All content shared by the Client during sessions is treated as strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

Sessions are not recorded by default. Recordings are only made with the prior explicit consent of both parties. Clients may not record sessions without prior written consent of the Provider.

10. Fees & Payment

Fees are stated in the individual agreement and are denominated in Euro (EUR). Invoices are issued by e-mail and payable by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice, unless agreed otherwise.

Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German small-business regulation), invoices are issued without value-added tax (VAT). No online payment systems are currently integrated into this website. Online payment options may be added in the future; these Terms will be updated accordingly before they go live.

11. Nature of the Services & No Guarantee of Results

The services offered are educational and coaching services. They do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and do not replace professional medical or psychological advice. Clients are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during and after sessions.

The Provider works with care and professional integrity but cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. Individual experience and progress depend on many personal factors outside the Provider's control.

12. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body or health, or the breach of essential contractual obligations.

The Provider is not liable for the availability, functionality or data-protection practices of third-party tools used to deliver or support the services (in particular Zoom, Calendly, Vimeo and Brevo). Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.

13. Copyright & Materials

All materials shared by the Provider during sessions, programmes or workshops — including written documents, audio, video, slides, exercises and frameworks — remain the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by German copyright law.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for their own private and professional development. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, resale or use beyond this purpose requires the prior written consent of the Provider.

14. Dispute Resolution (ODR) & Consumer Arbitration

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

15. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.

For Clients who are merchants, legal persons under public law or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hannover, Germany.

16. Severability

Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intent of the original.

17. Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as the business evolves, in particular once direct online payment options or digital products become available. The version in force at the time the individual agreement is concluded applies.
