Individual Agreements

The scope, format, duration and fees of any paid engagement are agreed individually in writing (e.g. by e-mail) before the service begins. The individual agreement prevails over these general terms where they differ.

Booking & Conduct of Sessions

Sessions are typically held online via a video conferencing tool communicated in advance. Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable, quiet environment. Appointments can be rescheduled by mutual agreement; specific notice periods are set out in the individual agreement.

Fees & Payment

Fees are stated in the individual agreement. Invoices are issued by e-mail and payable by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice, unless agreed otherwise. No online payment systems are currently integrated into this website.

Nature of the Services

The services offered are educational and coaching services in the field of breath, voice and presence work. They do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and do not replace professional medical or psychological advice.

Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body or health, or the breach of essential contractual obligations.

Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence remain unaffected.

Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as the business evolves, in particular once direct online payment options become available. The version in force at the time the individual agreement is concluded applies.
